On Saturday, February 6th, 2021 the Aurora Amateur Radio Group VE team endured the looming possibilities of a major problem while putting our new exam platform to the test.  This time, it was with a total of 14 applicants, running two examinees in a single room at a time.  All of them walked away with a CSCE!  Through effective communication, incredible cooperation and an insurmountable taste for patience, the Aurora Amateur Radio Group VE team pulled off an impeccable session with our new exam platform!  Today’s participating VE team consisted of the following:

Andrews, Chuck - W5AD
DeCrease, Russ - WO0O
Donaghey, Mark - AC3GX
Gibson, Joy - WA4JOY
Gibson, Virgil - W4OME
Girello, Frank - W3UF
Hamilton, David - AF0H
Hess, Brandin - WB1BR
Perry, Joel - KN4EWI
Reed, Alan - WT4FU
Reed, Irene - NT4FU
Sheldon, Corey - WA1EM

Despite some of the challenges and delays encountered, the VE team overcame in a very amazing manner.  I want to give a tremendous thanks to those who went the extra mile in helping others when it was needed the most.  The level of teamwork shown today is a clear indicator to our commitment to serving America’s underserved.  It was a real testament to our flexibility and willingness to learn.  Many positive things came out of today’s session and I could not have done this without all of you!  Thank you so much for taking the time to help make our new exam platform a reality!
